Return Requirements
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns accepted within 30 days from the delivery date (based on carrier tracking).
- Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
- Return shipping cost: Paid by customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Email support@burivers.com with your order number and reason for return (photos help!).
- We reply within 24 hours with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Ship the item back to: 123 River Street, Chicago, IL 60601, USA (include the RMA number on the package).
- Once we inspect and approve, we process your refund immediately.
Special Cases
- Defective or wrong item: We pay for return shipping and send a free replacement or full refund.
- Holiday orders (Nov–Dec): Extended to 45 days.
- Hygiene items (underwear, swimwear, earbuds, etc.): Not eligible for return for health reasons.
- Used or damaged items: We can offer repair options or store credit.
